Tennis Club Organizer is available under two different license modes: Standard and Professional. Each license allows you to run TennisCO on one machine. Standard (Coach) Edition: EU €348 Applies to tennis coaches or small tennis clubs. Small tennis clubs are considered those that have no more than 2 courts. Professional (Club) Edition: EU €789 Applies to bigger tennis clubs that have 3 or more courts.

Per season prices require re-activation/re-installation of the software with a new license key after the end of a season period. The season period is considered as a 12 months period from the time of software purchase.

Please note that, if you purchase a license, you will not be shipped any tangible goods such as a CD-ROM or a printed manual. Rather, a copy of the non-evaluation software will be e-mailed to an address nominated by you on the order form. Please allow up to 3 working days after the order receival.

If you require customization of the software such as:

• Customer and Coach Database Pre-Creation from your previous Excel Files
• Change of the default charging mechanism (Private Lessons, Group Lessons, Per Month, Per Hour) or
• Change of the default lesson time-units on the court reservations table
